Job summary

About the Team

We are AviationTeam tohandle time‑definite, high‑visibility movements where speed, precision, and compliance are non‑negotiable. We partner cross‑functionally to resolve exceptions, working close with origins, provide end‑to‑end solutions, and keep customers informed at every milestone.

Role Summary

To lead critical shipment coordination, manage escalations, and ensure regulatory and security compliance for urgent movements.

Coordinate and monitor critical air shipments from booking through final delivery, ensuring on‑time performance and proactive exception management.

Drive rapid problem‑solving by collaborating with internal teams (operations, brokerage, customer service) and external partners (airlines, handlers, vendors).

Ensure compliance and accuracy in documentation for customs, security, and dangerous goods regulations.

Deliver timely customer updates and conduct post‑incident reviews to capture learnings and prevent recurrence.

Provide on‑site support for customs clearance and service provider arrangements.

Participate in after‑hours/on‑call coverage on a rotational basis (including day/night and holiday shifts).

Qualifications

University graduate in 1-2 years relevant experience, or certificate/diploma or Formal Secondary School graduate with over 3 years working experience in freight forwarding industry.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Possess strong interest to pursue long term career in the logistic solutions industry.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Proficient PC knowledge.

Availability to work rotating shift including night shift
