Job summary

Hermes Paris in Hong Kong is seeking a skilled After-Sales Technician to provide professional technical assessment and services for luxury watches. You will ensure timely completion of after-sales repairs, perform interventions per Hermes standards, and handle client products with care.

Role requires 3+ years in after-sales watch repair, Advanced Watchmaking/ WOSTEP, and strong English plus MS Office skills. Work with retail and warehouse teams to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Advanced Watchmaking-Repair training or WOSTEP certification.
• At least 3 years' successful experience working as an After-Sales Technician.
• Candidates with experience in the luxury timepiece industry is preferred.
• Candidates must be able to work well under pressure to meet customer service levels.
• Good oral and written English.
• Good knowledge of the standard IT tools (MS office).

Responsibilities

• Provide professional technical assessment and services to clients.
• Ensure timely completion of all after-sales services and repairs as requested by clients and in accordance to stipulated time frame.
• Carry out interventions on watches according to Hermès standards, guidelines and ensure perfect technical function of the product.
• Be responsible & accountable for all client’s products received for services / repair and handle them with due care.
• Repair and control all types of quartz, mechanical and simple complication watches.
• Examine watches, remove damaged parts; repair or replace faulty parts; clean, reassemble, lubricate, and test accuracy.
• Provide basic polishing-refurbishing service.
• Spare parts management (logistic - incoming and outgoing order new parts ensure sufficient stock).
• Perform quality control and quick service activities at warehouse / stores as needed.
• Input correct data in internal system.
• Work with Retail Team to ensure smooth delivery & support of clients’ repairs.
• Work with retail manager on providing technical training to sales team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

To provide professional technical assessment and services to our clients

To ensure timely completion of all after-sales services and repairs as requested by clients and in accordance to stipulated time frame

To carry our interventions on watches according to the Hermëts standards, guideline and ensure perfect technical function of the product

To be responsible & accountable for all client’s products received for services / repair and to handle them with due care

Workshop

To repair and control all types of quartz, mechanical and simple complication watches

To examine watches, remove any damaged parts; repair or replace any faulty parts; clean each part; reassemble, lubricate, and adjust the timepiece; test the accuracy of the repaired item

To provide basic polishing-refurbishing service

Spare parts stocks & Warehouse

Spare parts management (logistic - incoming and out-going order new parts ensure sufficient and number of parts in stock)

To perform quality control and quick service activities at warehouse / stores if need.

To input correct data in internal system

To work with Retail Team to ensure smooth delivery & support of clients’ repairs

To work with retail manager on providing technical training to sales team
