Hermès Hong Kong is seeking an After-Sales Technician to provide professional technical assessment and repair services for luxury timepieces. You will ensure timely completion of all after-sales work, perform interventions following Hermès guidelines, and handle client products with care.

Responsibilities include watch repair across quartz, mechanical, and simple complications, parts inspection, polishing, data entry, and collaboration with the Retail Team to support client repairs and staff

Formación

• Advanced watchmaking repair training or WOSTEP certification.
• At least 3 years' successful experience working as an After-Sales Technician.
• Experience in the luxury timepiece industry preferred.
• Ability to work well under pressure to meet service levels.
• Good oral and written English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and standard IT tools.

Responsabilidades

• To provide professional technical assessment and services to our clients.
• To ensure timely completion of all after-sales services and repairs as requested by clients and in accordance to stipulated time frame.
• To carry out interventions on watches according to Hermès standards and ensure perfect technical function of the product.
• To be responsible and accountable for all client’s products received for services/repair and to handle them with due care.
• To repair and control quartz, mechanical and simple complication watches.
• To examine watches, replace faulty parts, clean, reassemble, lubricate and test accuracy.
• To provide basic polishing-refurbishing service.
• Spare parts management and warehouse quality control.
• To input correct data in internal system.
• To collaborate with Retail Team to support client repairs and train sales staff.
