Job summary

DBS Bank in Hong Kong is seeking a Relationship Management professional to promote wealth management services, identify client needs, and grow a high net-worth client base in a compliant, client-focused manner.

You will conduct financial needs analyses, tailor investment and banking solutions, and manage portfolios with an emphasis on customer experience and revenue growth. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required, with a base at One Island East.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years sales experience in consumer banking, preferably affluent segment.
• Proven track record in wealth management product sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Regulatory compliance knowledge including KYC, AML and RI/IIQE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Promote Financial Planning Services and Wealth Management products.
• Acquire new affluent customers and cross-sell across banking, insurance and investments.
• Perform financial needs analysis to tailor solutions and conduct portfolio reviews.
• Maintain client relationships and achieve sales targets while ensuring compliance.
