DBS Treasures RM, Consumer Banking Group in Hong Kong’s One Island East is seeking a Relationship Manager for affluent clients. You will identify opportunities, offer tailored wealth management solutions, and maintain strong client relationships, while addressing needs through cross-selling across banking, insurance and investments.

The role requires 3+ years of sales experience in consumer banking, a strong track record in wealth products, and fluency in Mandarin and English.

Formación

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in consumer banking, preferably affluent segment.
Proven track record in wealth management product cross-selling and customer referrals.
Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence clients.
Fluency in Mandarin and English is required; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

Promote financial planning and wealth management services to acquire affluent clients.
Identify client needs through financial needs analysis and tailor solutions across banking, insurance and investments.
Build and deepen relationships, update clients on products and market information, and conduct portfolio reviews.
Cross-sell and refer products to drive revenue while maintaining regulatory and compliance standards.
Attend training and adhere to the bank's policies and code of conduct.
