Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc is seeking a Relationship Manager Analyst to deliver comprehensive wealth management services to high net worth clients. You will establish and manage private banking relationships, grow assets under management and revenue, and identify cross-selling opportunities across HSBC’s global network.

The role requires strong client servicing, market knowledge, and excellent communication. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential; Cantonese can be advantageous.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relationship management experience in private, commercial or investment banking.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, asset gathering, asset growth and revenue generation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent understanding of financial markets and wealth management products.
• Strong focus on client servicing.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin; Cantonese skills beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide full suite of wealth management and banking services to HSBC’s high net worth clients.
• Establish new private banking relationships and manage existing ones to grow AUM and revenue.
• Monitor client portfolios to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Wealth & Personal Banking, Commercial Banking and Global Banking & Markets to cross-sell products.
• Work with internal credit advisors to provide bespoke lending solutions and grow lending balances.
• Leverage HSBC channels and network to pursue business development for International Private Wealth clients.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSBC internal controls and financial crime regulations.
