Job summary

DBS Bank in Hong Kong is seeking a Relationship Manager to promote financial planning services and wealth management products. You will identify client needs, provide suitable solutions, and maintain ongoing relationships to grow share of wallet. The role requires RI/TR licensing and strong communication in Mandarin and English.

Location: One Island East. You will work in a dynamic team, handle inquiries, and ensure regulatory compliance while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

Degree in business or finance preferred.
“RI” registration for Type 1 & 4 with HKSI Papers 1,7 & 8 or equivalent.
“TR” registration with IIQE Papers 1,2,3 & 5 or equivalent.
CFP and CFA designations would be an advantage.
Excellent listening skills with an inquisitive mind.
Fluent in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

Promote wealth planning services and cross-sell wealth management products.
Identify customer needs through financial planning and provide suitable solutions.
Attend to customer inquiries on wealth management and investments.
Maintain regular contact to build and deepen client relationships.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, HKMA rules and KYC/PDPO requirements.
Support training and reflect feedback on market trends.
