Captar Partners Limited in Hong Kong seeks a HNW / Affluent Proposition Manager to shape premium client offers and drive growth. You will lead affluent value propositions, deepen relationships, and manage loyalty programmes with curated wealth-related experiences.

You’ll collaborate with product, distribution and marketing teams, leverage insights to spot trends, and steward external partners to deliver impactful engagements for senior clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in insurance marketing, proposition, business development or sales/distribution.
• Experience owning or contributing to HNW/UHNW proposition or loyalty work.
• Excellent stakeholder and partner communication and alignment skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
• Comfortable with life insurance products and how HNW clients buy and use them.

Responsabilités

• Shape and refine affluent/HNW value propositions to deepen relationships and drive growth.
• Build and run loyalty and privilege programmes with wealth-related offers and experiences.
• Source and manage external ecosystem partners and turn partnerships into engagement opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, distribution, and marketing teams (and agencies) from concept to delivery.
• Use market and customer insights to identify HNW trends and propose practical upgrades.
• Track programme health (engagement, KPIs, ROI) and report updates to leadership.
• Maintain governance around partner and event operations and other projects.
