You will translate insights into compelling insurance solutions and shape target segments, value propositions, and positioning.

You will conduct market analysis, leverage data analytics, and lead go-to-market execution with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in insurance, bancassurance, customer proposition, product marketing, customer strategy, business planning, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of the insurance market and customer ecosystem.
• Proven experience in project management and driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Strong written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance customer propositions for key market segments (HNW, UHNW, Emerging Affluent, Premium Clients, New HK Residents, Pre-retirees).
• Translate insights, trends, and objectives into compelling insurance propositions and customer solutions.
• Define target segments, value propositions, and positioning strategies.
• Conduct customer, competitor, and market analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Leverage data analytics to understand behavior, needs, and purchasing patterns.
• Lead proposition launch initiatives from concept to implementation and support GTM across channels.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, distribution teams, and vendors for successful rollouts.
• Monitor proposition performance and engagement metrics; optimize accordingly.
• Support forecasting and portfolio management activities.
