Job summary

CTF Life in Hong Kong is seeking a professional to support the Head of HNW Proposition in managing the HNW Loyalty Program. The role involves coordinating internal teams and external partners to enhance client experiences and track program performance.

Job description

What the role is?

• Support the Head of HNW Proposition in operating and enhancing the HNW Loyalty Program to achieve loyalty objectives.
• Assist in curating premium experiences, benefits, and partnerships that align with client expectations.
• Coordinate with internal business units and external partners to execute offers, benefits, and exclusive events.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals to track program performance, client engagement, and ROI.
• Assist in developing and monitoring team KPIs aligned with overall business objectives.
• Provide administrative and operational support for budget planning, event management, and performance reviews.
• Support projects and ad-hoc assignments as directed by the Team Head.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in customer experience, loyalty marketing, or HNW relationship management, ideally within banking, insurance, or luxury sectors.
• Proven track record in developing and managing HNW or UHNW propositions and loyalty programs.
• Strong understanding of HNW customer psychographics, luxury trends, and service expectations, with a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills; able to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with senior executives and external partners.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of thriving under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
