Job summary

St. Paul’s Hospital in Hong Kong seeks an experienced procurement professional to assist in carrying out procurement activities with compliant documentation and system updates.

You will coordinate with internal users and vendors to meet procurement needs and prepare routine storage data documentation. The role involves monitoring supplier performance, conducting supplier assessments, and performing duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• F.5/S.5 or above.
• At least 3 years' relevant experience.
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese.
• Diploma or above in Procurement or Supply Chain discipline is preferred.
• 3 years working experience in procurement is preferred.
• Prior exposure in healthcare setting.
• User exposure in SAP MM or other ERP is preferable.

Responsibilities
