Job summary

Peoplebank Hong Kong Limited is seeking an administrative professional to process registration/enrolment applications from NLT nurses under new pathways. You will draft committee papers, prepare related materials, and support meetings with timely updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree from a university in Hong Kong or equivalent.
  • HKDSEE Level 5 or above in Chinese Language and English Language, or HKALE Chinese Language/Culture and Use of English, or equivalent.
  • Preferably at least two years of full-time work experience in public administration, project management, human resources, public health services, business administration, licensing or registration, especially in government or public sector.
  • Strong written and spoken English and Chinese/Cantonese.
  • Good analytical, organizational, coordination, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good computer skills, especially MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • To process applications for registration/enrolment from NLT nurses under new pathways.
  • To draft and prepare materials for applications, including Committee and Council papers, cases for meetings, statistical returns, and website updates.
  • To handle enquiries and complaints from employing institutes and applicants, request clarifications for incomplete applications, and inform institutes of results.
  • To assist in handling complaints/disciplinary cases related to nurses and applicants for registration/enrolment, drafting correspondences and submissions.
  • To carry out any other duties as assigned by seniors

Job description

Responsibilities
  • To process applications for registration/enrolment from NLT nurses under new pathways;
  • To draft and prepare materials in relation to applications under new pathways, including Committee and Council papers, cases to be discussed at Committee and Council meetings, regular and ad-hoc statistical returns, rev1s1on to application forms, FAQs and announcements, issue of reminders, and website updating, etc.;
  • To handle enquiries and complaints from employing institutes and applicants, request clarifications and supplementary information for doubtful / incomplete applications and inform employing institutes of results of applications;
  • To assist in handling complaints / disciplinary cases related to nurses and applicants for registration/enrolment as nurse, drafting correspondences, preparing relevant submissions and documents for meetings, and handling enquiries and complaints; and
  • To carry out any other duties as assigned by seniors
Qualifications
  • Attain a bachelor degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent;
  • Attain (i) Level 5 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE); or (ii) Grade C or above in Chinese Language and Culture (or Chinese Language and Literature) and Use of English in the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination (HKALE), or equivalent
  • Preferably have at least two years of full time working experience in the area of public administration, project management, human resource management, public health services, business administration, licensing or registration, etc., in particular in the Government or the public sector
  • Have good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese/Cantonese
  • Have good analytical, organization, coordination, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have good computer skills in particular the application of Microsoft Office such as Microsoft Word and Excel
