CBRE Limited is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to act as the single point of contact for end users and to drive the performance of the facilities service management contract. The role ensures office cleanliness, equipment maintenance and safety protocols across the workplace.
The candidate will support office relocation logistics, optimize the movement of people and assets, and contribute to emergency preparedness through defined procedures and training.
Perform as the single point of contact to the end users and drive the facilities service management contract performance
Maintenance & Safety: oversees office cleanliness, equipment maintenance and safety protocols
Office Relocation Logistic: supporting the move & change and optimizing the physical relocation of people, assets, and processes within the workplace
Emergency preparedness: develops and implements emergency procedures, ensuring the office is prepared for various contingencies
Event Management: understanding event needs, managing logistics, and coordinating details for seamless execution
Pantry Management: ensuring the tea lady's operations run smoothly, including adequate supplies and equipment to support the events and daily needs
Higher Diploma and above in Facility Management, Property Management or related discipline
Minimum of 2 years of related experience in Facilities Management or Property Management. Candidates with experience in insurance/ banking workplace management will be an advantage.
Detailed-minded, independent with good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
