Job summary

A leading commercial real estate firm in Hong Kong is seeking an Engineer - Building Services. The role involves maintenance of facilities, creating maintenance plans, and supervising teams. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields and 10 years of experience in the industry. Proficiency in Cantonese and English is essential. Qualifications

• 10 years' maintenance experience in Building Services/Facilities Management industry.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
• Cantonese speaking is essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily facilities maintenance for all assigned facilities.
• Create work plans for preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Monitor completion rate on CAFM/FM order system.
• Supervise the team in providing quality services.
• Manage materials and parts inventory.
• Ensure all programs and procedures are being complied with high-quality standard
• Materials and parts inventory management, place purchasing order for materials and parts in advance of the work schedule
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks and projects including request for quotation / tender as assigned

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct daily facilities maintenance for all assigned facilities, mainly E&M, minor of builder's work
• Create work plans for both preventive and corrective maintenance
• Monitor and commit completion rate on CAFM/FM order system to KPI requirements
• Supervise and mobilize the team in providing quality services to occupants
• Verify and maintain all related documents in a complete and accurate manner
• Ensure all programs and procedures are being complied with high-quality standard
• Materials and parts inventory management, place purchasing order for materials and parts in advance of the work schedule
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks and projects including request for quotation / tender as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Building Services Engineering or relevant disciplines
• 10 years' maintenance experience in Building Services/Facilities Management industry
• Good team player with good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin). Cantonese speaking is essential.
