Job summary

Tai Fat Hong Provision Co, a Japanese/HK food importer and wholesaler, seeks an accounting assistant to manage payments, vouchers, and financial records. The role supports month-end closing and cross-department data gathering.

We value detail-oriented, self-motivated professionals with good English and MS Office skills. Fresh graduates are welcome. Working hours are 9:00–17:30, Monday to Friday, with a possible Saturday alternate shift.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Accounting related discipline or qualification.
• Minimum 1–2 years working experience in accounting/finance.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare payments and vouchers.
• Handle payment activities, including cheque preparation.
• Assist in petty cash reimbursement and staff claims.
