Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting/finance or related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Immediately available is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation
• Perform daily bookkeeping and data entry into accounting systems
• Assist with bank reconciliations and month-end closing activities
• Prepare accounting schedules and supporting documents for audits
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Monitor company cash flow and bank balances
• Prepare payment instructions and process electronic fund transfers
• Coordinate with banks on account-related matters
• Assist in cash forecasting and treasury reporting
• Maintain records of banking facilities, deposits, and financing arrangements
• Handle general office administrative duties and documentation.
