Job summary

A renowned F&B Group in Hong Kong is looking for an Accounting professional to manage the full set of accounts and oversee month-end closing. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Finance or Accounting, along with at least 5 years of accounting experience. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, monitoring cash flow, and improving financial processes. Candidates with less experience may be considered for Assistant Accountant roles, while those with more experience may be considered for Senior Accountant positions. Qualifications

• 5 years of accounting experience; CPA finalist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and financial process improvement.

Job Description

• Handle full set of accounts
• Manage month end closing and preparation of accounting schedules, monthly & financial reports and analysis etc.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and analysis for management review
• Responsible for monthly cash flow forecast and monitor day-to-day cash flow status
• Streamline financial process to improve work efficiency and strengthen the internal control
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by manager

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Finance or Accounting
• 5 years of accounting experience and CPA finalist preferred
• Self-motivated, positive and strong sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in MS office and accounting software
• Excellent communications and documentation skills

Candidate with LESS experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant
