Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generate client sales invoices and verify booking details.
• Maintain AR records and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Handle AP vendor invoices and prepare for payment processing.
• Maintain good filing system.
• Assist with bank reconciliation, ledger maintenance and month-end closing.
• Handle intercompany billing and reconciliations.
• Support team on external audit and budget planning.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and contribute to process improvements.
• Support ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
