Job summary

Kin Wing in Lai Chi Kok, Hong Kong, seeks a competent Junior Accountant to manage full sets of accounts including AP/AR, data entry, and petty cash. The role requires a degree in accounting and 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Proficiency in Word and Excel, as well as Chinese and English input, is essential. The successful candidate will work independently, be responsible, proactive, and capable of teamwork, supporting supervisors on accounting and administrative tasks and month-end closings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or related discipline required.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in the construction industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel; Chinese and English input methods.
• Strong ability to work independently with a sense of responsibility, diligence, proactiveness, good communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts (AP, AR, data entry, general accounting duties).
• Handle documentation scanning and filing; bank transactions; petty cash calculation.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and month-end closing reports & schedules.
• Assist in ad hoc assignments; support supervisors in other accounting and administrative tasks.
