Job summary

Sun Tat Marine Products Company Limited is seeking a diligent Bookkeeper in Hong Kong to perform day-to-day bookkeeping and data entry for AR/AP, verify supplier invoices, customer bills and bank records.

You will assist with month-end closing, simple reporting and filing, and follow up on customer payments and supplier settlements while handling other accounting/admin tasks as assigned. A Chinese-English bilingual candidate is preferred.

Qualifications

• Form 5 or above
• More than 2 years relevant working experience
• Familiar with Microsoft Office; accounting software experience is a plus
• Careful, responsible and able to handle month-end workload
• Good command of both spoken, written English and Chinese typing

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and data entry (AR / AP)
• Check supplier invoices, customer bills and bank records
• Assist with month-end closing, simple reports and filing
• Follow up customer payments and supplier settlements
• Handle other accounting / admin tasks as assigned
