Ptarmigan Media Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to manage invoicing, accounts receivable and intercompany billing. You will ensure accuracy of client invoices, verify bookings and maintain filing systems.

The role also covers accounts payable processing, bank reconciliations, month-end closing and budget support, with emphasis on internal controls and process improvements. Fluency in English, Chinese and Mandarin is required.

Qualifikationen

• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance discipline.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Detailed mind, self-motivated, result oriented and deadline-driven.
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.

Aufgaben

• Generate client sales invoices and verify booking details
• Maintain AR records and follow up on outstanding invoices
• Handle AP vendor invoices and prepare for payment processing
• Maintain good filing system
• Assist with bank reconciliation, ledger maintenance and month-end closing
• Handle the intercompany billing and the intercompany reconciliations
• Support the team on external audit and budget planning
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and contribute to process improvements
• Support ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
