Job summary

香港金盛秘書服務有限公司 is seeking a finance professional to join our billing and revenue recognition team. The role covers service revenue billing, accounts payable support, bank reconciliation, and financial analysis for client accounts and deferred revenue.

Candidates should hold a degree in Accounting or Finance, be HKICPA students or qualified if possible, have at least three years of relevant experience, and be proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin with strong MS Word and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
• Student / qualified member of HKICPA or equivalent professional bodies is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in sizeable companies.
• Experience in professional services is an advantage.
• Strong sense of business acumen, analytical, interpersonal communication, and reporting skills.
• High proficiency in accounting standards and practices for revenue recognition.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• High proficiency in PC operations such as MS Word & Excel and Chinese word processing.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the finance billing function for service revenue billing and recognition.
