Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Accountant/Accounting Manager to oversee the full set of accounts and lead a small team. You will manage general ledger operations and prepare management reports to support strategic decisions.

The role requires a qualified accountant with 5+ years of relevant experience, fluency in English and Cantonese, and familiarity with FLEX and Fion. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

• Supervise & lead teams for full set of accounts
• Strong in Excel and knowledge in Flex and Fion
• Qualified Accountant, 10 years’ relevant exp.
• Manage accounting operations including general ledger functions.
• Prepare management reports and support business decision-making.
• Lead process enhancement projects to improve efficiency and financial controls.
• 8 years exp in investment and financial management in large-scale enterprises
• Degree in Finance/Accounting
• HKICPA, CPA, ACCA, or CFA certificates is preferred.
• Drive strategy through financial insights
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline;
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Cantonese;
• 5-year or above relevant working experience with professional qualification;
