Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking an experienced Qualified Accountant to supervise and lead a team handling the full set of accounts in a dynamic HK environment. The role emphasizes strong Excel skills, familiarity with Flex and Fion, and the ability to prepare management reports to support strategic decisions.

Must possess 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, professional qualification (HKICPA/ACCA/CPA/CFA preferred), and excellent English and Cantonese communication abilities.

• Supervise & lead teams for full set of accounts

• Supervise & lead a Small Team for full set of accounts
• Knowledge of Accounting System (FLEX / Fion) and strong in Excel
• Qualified Accountant, 5+ years of Working Experience
• Manage accounting operations including general ledger functions.
• Prepare management reports and support business decision-making.
• Lead process enhancement projects to improve efficiency and financial controls.
• 10 years of full set of Accounts experience
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline;
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Cantonese;
• 5-year or above relevant working experience with professional qualification;
• 8 years exp in investment and financial management in large-scale enterprises
• Degree in Finance/Accounting
• HKICPA, CPA, ACCA, or CFA certificates is preferred.
• Drive strategy through financial insights
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any other related disciplines
