Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a qualified accountant to oversee a small team handling the full set of accounts. The role requires strong Excel skills and hands-on experience with FLEX/Fion accounting systems.

Candidates should be a qualified accountant with extensive experience (5+ to 10+ years) in accounting operations, general ledger, and financial reporting. English and Cantonese communication skills are preferred for this HK role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• HKICPA, CPA, ACCA, or CFA certificates is preferred.
• Strong command of Excel and financial systems.
• Experience leading a team and managing full set of accounts.

• Supervise & lead a small team for full set of accounts.
• Manage accounting operations including general ledger functions.
• Prepare management reports and support business decision-making.

• Knowledge of FLEX / Fion accounting system

• Qualified Accountant, 10 years’ relevant exp.
• Manage accounting operations including general ledger functions.
• Prepare management reports and support business decision-making.
• Lead process enhancement projects to improve efficiency and financial controls.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline;
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Cantonese;
• 5-year or above relevant working experience with professional qualification;
• Drive strategy through financial insights
• 8 years exp in investment and financial management in large-scale enterprises
