Job summary

Well Image Limited is seeking an experienced accounting professional to independently manage the full accounting cycle, including bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closings. The role also requires assisting in year-end audits and preparing financial reports, with additional ad-hoc finance duties as needed.

Candidates should hold a Diploma in Accounting or Finance, have at least 3 years of relevant experience, and possess strong English and Cantonese communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in healthcare industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle full set of accounting operations including bookkeeping and maintaining General Ledger.
• Perform month-end closing and reconcile bank accounts.
• Support administrative tasks for finance and accounting to ensure smooth department operation.
• Assist in year-end audit processes, liaising with external auditors as necessary.
• Prepare financial and management reports as required.

Job description

Independently handle the full set of accounting operations, including preparing bookkeeping records and maintaining the General Ledger and Accounts.

Perform accounting duties, including month-end closing and reconciliation of bank accounts.

Support administrative tasks for finance and accounting functions, contributing to the smooth operation of the department.

Assist in year-end audit processes, liaising with external auditors as necessary.

Prepare financial and management reports as required.

Perform other ad-hoc assignments as needed.

Requirements

Holder of a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines, with a qualification from any professional accounting body.

At least 3 years of relevant working experience.

Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent English and Cantonese communication skills to effectively coordinate with global and local accounting teams.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and capable of English and Chinese word typing.

Experience using the MYOB/Quickbook system is preferred.

Capable of maintaining the full set of accounts independently and working under tight deadlines during month-end closing.

A stable working record is a plus.

Immediate availability is highly preferred.
