Job summary

International Finance Centre Management Co Ltd in Hong Kong seeks an experienced finance professional to support the Finance & Accounts Department. You will handle monthly and quarterly reporting, assist in management reporting and budgeting, and participate in month-end and year-end closings with proper supporting documentation.

Responsibilities include GL processes, overseeing P&L and balance sheet items, and preparing cashflow projections.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with CPA qualification and related degree.
• At least 3–5 years in accounting/finance, audit experience acceptable.
• Experience in real estate or financial services is advantageous.

Job description

This position will be responsible for various assignments in Finance & Accounts Department.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for monthly and quarterly reporting and other ad-hoc reporting required by supervisor.

Assist in preparation of management report and annual budget.

Perform month-end and year end closing. Ensure all monthly and year end journals are prepared properly with valid supporting.

Participate in GL processes.

Oversee outstanding profit & loss and balance sheet items and follow up with various departments.

Prepare monthly cashflow projection/financial reports

Job Requirements

Qualified accountant with a Degree in Accountancy or other relevant disciplines with CPA qualification..

At least 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting/finance experiences and / or audit experiences with at least 2 years' in handling month-end/year-end closing.

Hands on with finance operations experience, good accounting knowledge, responsible. assertive, and experienced in managing people and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in real estate or financial services industry is a clear advantage.

Advances excel skills and experience for system implementation.

Experience in Oracle EBS would be highly advantageous.

The role involves frequent liaising with various parties such as inter-department, property managers and auditors, hence good verbal and written communication skills are required.
