Job summary

CYH SHIPPING (HONG KONG) LIMITED is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to support vendor payments and banking operations in Central Hong Kong. The role focuses on AP workflows, cheque processing, and monthly invoicing.

You will review reimbursements, maintain petty cash, assist with new accounts and KYC documentation, and manage bank access rights. Fluency in English and Cantonese is required, with a precise, organized mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience.
• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficient in MS Excel with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and SUMIFS.
• High level of precision in data entry and strong organizational habits.
• Good written and spoken English and Cantonese.
