ASK IT Limited is seeking a field IT support engineer to perform maintenance on server, storage, tape library and workstation hardware across data centres and customer offices. You will operate under senior engineer instructions and assist in incident troubleshooting and configuration management based on customer needs.

The role requires diploma-level qualifications in CS/IT, 1-4 years IT experience, and strong Cantonese/English communication. Onsite work during non-office hours may be needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science, IT or related discipline.
• 1-4 years relevant IT experience.
• Willing to learn from a multi-DC strategic enterprise system.
• Good team player.
• Must possess excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English.

Responsabilités

• Perform field maintenance on server, storage, tape library and workstation hardware.
• Support telecom, cabling and data centre facilities.
• Assist in incident troubleshooting and configuration management for equipment.
• Support infrastructure tasks such as patching, DR drills, backup recovery.
• Onsite working during non-office hours when required.
