Job summary

Aon plc in Hong Kong is seeking a university graduate with 4+ years of experience in Employee Benefits to deliver high-quality broking services to existing clients and contribute to business growth through portfolio penetration and new prospects.

You will liaise with insurers, perform claims data analytics for renewal preparation, develop client reports, and support various projects assigned by your supervisor.

Qualifications

• University degree in a related field is preferred.
• 4+ years of working experience in Employee Benefits is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and spoken English and Chinese communication; Mandarin is a plus.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

• University graduate with 4 years+ of working experience in Employee Benefits is preferred
• Holder of FLMI or passed in IIQE Paper I, II, III & IV are preferred
• Mature and be a self-starter
• Good organization skills and effective interpersonal skills
• Good analytics and negotiations skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; knowledge of Mandarin will be an advantage
• Good command of computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
