Job summary

Aon is seeking a Director- Health Solutions to lead strategic client relationships and drive growth across health solutions. The role requires guiding senior stakeholders, negotiating with insurers and shaping renewal strategies while identifying opportunities for cross-selling.

The candidate will leverage strong proposal, storytelling and presentation skills, with fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Aon values trust, inclusivity and client success in a dynamic Hong Kong market.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in broking or insurance business development
• Strong proposal writing, storyboarding and presentation skills
• Effective negotiator with clients and insurers, able to manage complex, multi

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese; confident presenting and negotiating in all three languages
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple complex opportunities simultaneously
