Job summary

Cheil Hong Kong Limited is seeking an experienced Experiential Marketing Project Manager to lead retail and experiential campaigns from planning through post-campaign follow-up. You will coordinate briefs, artwork, production, delivery and installation, while ensuring brand guidelines and project requirements are met.

The role requires strong collaboration with clients, creative teams, production houses and retail partners.

Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in an event/advertising/retail marketing environment.
• Familiarity with production processes, materials, print specs, fabrication, delivery and installation is advantageous.
• Hard-working and able to work under pressure when project schedules require.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.

• Undertake ad hoc projects and duties as assigned.

Develop and deliver retail and experiential marketing solutions from initial planning through production, installation and post-campaign follow-up.

Manage retail marketing projects, including briefing, artwork and production coordination, delivery, installation and quality checks.

Coordinate the development and production of retail assets

Work closely with clients, internal creative teams, production houses, suppliers and retail partners to ensure deliverables meet brand guidelines and project requirements.

Monitor project budgets, timelines and production specifications, and promptly resolve issues that may affect delivery or quality.

Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, status updates and post-campaign reports as needed.

Undertake ad hoc projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements

University degree holder, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or a related discipline.

3-5 years of relevant experience in an event agency, advertising agency, production house or retail marketing environment.

Familiarity with production processes, materials, print specifications, fabrication, delivery and installation is an advantage.

Hard-working and comfortable working under pressure when project schedules require.

Dynamic, passionate and self-confident, with innovative thinking and a pleasant, collaborative working style.

Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.
