You will manage opportunities end-to-end, meet HR and business leaders, and translate client needs into tailored training solutions with a focus on results and measurable impact. This role offers uncapped commission and strong earning potential for high performers.

Qualifications

• Approximately two to six years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in a client-facing, account-management or business-development position.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Cantonese strongly preferred.
• Mandarin would be an advantage.
• Existing right to work in Hong Kong.
• Ambitious and motivated by results.
• Strong listener who asks intelligent questions.
• Confident communicating with clients.
• Organised and reliable with follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with prospective clients
• Strengthen and grow existing client accounts
• Meet HR, learning and business leaders
• Understand clients' business priorities and organisational challenges
• Identify learning, leadership and performance-development needs
• Ask thoughtful questions to uncover the real need behind a training request
• Work with trainers and directors to create appropriate solutions
• Prepare proposals, presentations and client communications
• Follow up opportunities consistently and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of conversations, opportunities and next steps
