Job summary

The Department of Anatomical and Cellular Pathology at The Chinese University of Hong Kong seeks a Project Assistant II to assist in organising events, examinations, workshops, and activities, and to provide administrative and operational support to academic programmes. Occasional work beyond normal hours may be required.

Applicants should have completed secondary education and language qualifications, plus strong English/Chinese word-processing skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Completed secondary education with approved language results.
• Fast and accurate English and Chinese word-processing skills.
• At least 1 year of post-qualification work experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organising events, examinations, workshops and activities.
• Provide administrative and operational support to academic programmes.
• Perform other tasks as assigned; occasional after-hours work may be required.
