Job summary

Gough Recruitment (Hong Kong) Pty Limited is seeking a Building Services Engineer to lead operation planning, supervision and site coordination on major projects in Hong Kong. You will oversee installation of building systems, ensure compliant operating procedures, and coordinate with subcontractors, clients, architects, utilities and consultants.

Candidates should have a Higher Diploma or Bachelor's in Building Services/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, 2–6 years’ experience, and strong

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2–6 years of relevant experience in building services engineering, in a Main Contractor environment on large-scale building projects.
• Solid knowledge of HK statutory regulations, codes of practice, and local construction site practices.
• Proficient in AutoCAD / BIM (Revit) coordination is preferred.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
