Job summary

3cRGH is seeking a Building Services Engineer for a new project in Shatin, Hong Kong. The role focuses on operation, planning and coordination of building services across the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance and quality standards.

The candidate will monitor site progress, supervise installations, and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and government departments to facilitate smooth project execution. English and Chinese communication is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant building construction experience.
• MHKIE qualification is a plus.
• Knowledge of building services installations and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in site progress monitoring and coordinating with subcontractors.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Word, and MS Excel.

We are looking for a qualified Building Services Engineer to join our team for a new building project in the Shatin area. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the operation, planning, and coordination of building services throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Higher Diploma or degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the building construction industry.
• Professional qualification as MHKIE is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of building services installations and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Experience in site progress monitoring and coordinating with subcontractors.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including AutoCAD, MS Word, and MS Excel.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Holder of a Safety Green Card is required.
