Job summary

To's Universe Construction Co Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a Building Services Engineer to oversee BS submission work and ensure compliance with statutory and contract requirements, coordinating with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers and government departments.

Requirements: Diploma or above in Building Services/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, at least 3 years of building services project experience, knowledge of installation rules, AutoCAD, and fluent English and Cantonese;

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience in handling building services project.
• Knowledge of Building Services Installation and relevant statutory regulations.
• Familiar with site progress monitoring and on-site coordination with sub-contractors.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD application.
• Able to work independently and willing to work under pressure.
• Good command of verbal and written English and Cantonese.
