Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Hong Kong is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide 1st Level technical support. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and problem-solving on system, software, hardware, and network issues, as well as conducting system maintenance and health checks. Candidates should possess a Higher Diploma in Computer Studies and have at least 1 year of experience in IT technical support. Availability for shift duty, including weekends and public holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• 1 years working experience in IT technical support and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Linux system administration will be an advantage.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for 1st Level technical support.
• Provide troubleshooting and problem solving on system, software, hardware and network issues.
• Investigate production issues and participate in system operation improvement.
• Perform system maintenance and health checks.
• Shift duty required, able to work weekends, overnight & public holiday.
