A leading IT consulting firm in Hong Kong is seeking an IT Service Desk Support Engineer to provide frontline helpdesk support on IT-related issues. You will handle incoming service requests and sustain the Tier-1 hotline operation to meet customer demands. Ideal candidates should have a diploma in IT, customer service experience, and good communication skills. This role offers an energetic working environment, 5-day work week, and a competitive salary range between 19-22K.

Qualifications

• One year working experience in customer service area in IT field is preferable.
• Prior experience in providing technical support to clients over the phone.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Sustain the Tier-1 hotline operation to fulfil customer contract requirement.
• Handle incoming service requests, incidents, and problems via different communication channels.
• Provide frontline helpdesk support on IT-related issues through omni-channel.
