We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with strong expertise in designing web platforms (mobile web) and mobile applications.

As UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating the variety of web platforms that offer educational, lifestyle, entertainment (AI) content. Your role will be crucial in shaping intuitive, engaging, and conversion-oriented user experiences.
You will work closely with the product and development teams to create seamless interfaces that not only delight users but also optimize subscription flows and increase conversion rates.

• Design and improve end-to-end user experiences across mobile apps and mobile-first web platforms
• Develop and optimize subscription onboarding and checkout flows, focusing on conversion, retention, and usability
• Build and evolve the design system and visual identity, ensuring consistency across products
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups for new features and redesigns
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketers to align design solutions with business goals
• Conduct user and competitor research to inform design decisions and continuously improve UX
• Provide clear documentation and guidelines for development teams

• 4+ years of commercial experience in UI/UX design for consumer-facing web and mobile products
• Proven track record of working on B2C products with subscription models (entertainment, fitness, mental health, lifestyle, or similar)
• Hands-on experience designing checkout, onboarding, and monetization flows that improve conversion rates
• Strong skills in responsive design with deep knowledge of mobile-first principles
• Excellent sense of visual branding: typography, color theory, iconography, composition
• Proficiency with design tools: Figma (primary), Photoshop, Illustrator
• Ability to quickly prototype ideas and validate them through user flows, A/B tests, or usability feedback
• Experience with MVP approach — focusing on shipping effective solutions fast and iterating based on data
• Exceptional attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution
• Experience with email marketing campaign design (nice to have)
