Job Role: HGV Technician
Location: Hyde
Pay: £42,000 - £45,000
Benefits: All overtime paid at 1.5X
Shift: M-F Days + 1 in 2 Sat mornings (paid at 1.5X)

HGV Technician opportunity

My client, a well-established fleet maintenance company with depots across the North West, is actively seeking to employ an experienced and qualified HGV Technician to be based out of a depot in the Hyde area to work on a full-time permanent basis.

HGV Technician duties

1. Working in a purpose-built, well-equipped workshop, the successful HGV Technician will be required to undertake all aspects of vehicle service and maintenance.
2. Duties range from correction of running defects to full vehicle overhauls, diagnostics, and everything in between.
3. You will also be required to undertake pre-MOT checks and undertake any repairs that are required.

HGV Technician experience / qualifications required

1. You must have detailed experience as an HGV Technician and be familiar with modern commercial vehicles.
2. Any experience of breakdowns or onsite clinics would be an advantage.
