Our client, a Premium Brand Franchised Main Dealership in Oxford have the requirement for an experienced Diagnostic Technician / Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join their established workshop team.
Diagnostic Technician / Vehicle Technician / Mechanic
As a Diagnostic Technician / Vehicle Technician / Mechanic responsibilities will include:
Carry out in-depth Electrical & Mechanical Diagnostics and repair
Carry out Warranty Repairs
Ensure Servicing & Repairs are carried out to Manufacturer Standards
Cambelt, Clutch, Gearbox & Engine Repairs/Replacements
Carry out New Car PDI's and Used Car Multi Point Checks
Complete job cards and electronic write ups on franchise platforms
Completion of electronic vehicle health checks (eVHC’s)
Carry out MOT Tester to DVSA standards (If qualified)
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
You must hold a Manufacturer Diagnostic Technician Accreditation (any brand considered)
Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance
Full and clean UK Driving Licence
Desirable Requirements:
Hybrid & EV Accreditations
MOT Licence (Class 4 & 7)
Remuneration & Benefits
Basic Salary of £44,500
On Target Earnings of £54,500 (uncapped)
Manufacturer Training Programme
EV/Hybrid Training
Opportunity to qualify as an MOT Tester
