Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced BIM Technician/Coordinator to be part of our growing M&E team in Manchester. Enjoy hybrid working and the flexibility to shape your schedule.

Your Role

Support the M&E design team by delivering mechanical and electrical design solutions using Revit models, AutoCAD drawings, and digital deliverables. You will ensure projects meet the latest BIM standards/UK BIM Framework across sectors like defence, commercial, industrial, retail, healthcare, education, and leisure.

What You Will Be Doing

1. Set up Revit and CAD projects.
2. Create and amend models & drawings.
3. Produce schematics linked to model data.
4. Add classification data and run interference checks.
5. Ensure compliance with BIM project requirements.
6. Coordinate MEP models for seamless installation.

What We Are Looking For

1. Experience as a Task Team Information Manager on BIM projects.
2. Strong skills in Revit and AutoCAD; MagiCAD, Navisworks, or Solibri are a plus.
3. Background in M&E design with solid building services knowledge.
4. Excellent communication skills for team collaboration.
5. Ability to work independently and manage workloads efficiently.
