Job description

A rapidly expanding Lloyd's Broker has a new opening for a Senior Reinsurance Claims Technician. It will be handling all aspects of reinsurance, including Excess of Loss, Treaty and Facultative business.

You will be providing support in the broking and processing of Binding Authority and Open Market claims. The candidate requires claims processing experience with good knowledge of ECF. The successful candidate will analyse and evaluate claims data being reported by Insureds / Coverholders / External Vendors including TPA's for processing according to contract terms and guidelines and following established company procedures.

Applicants should have prior Reinsurance claims handling experience. There will be a focus on Casualty and Financial Lines Reinsurance claims, but applicants from a Property Reinsurance claims background would also be considered. This will be a hybrid role.
