- Assist with the management of assigned projects from initiation through to completion
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure timely and efficient project execution
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with company standards, client requirements, and health & safety regulations
- Support pricing, estimation, and tender submissions for new works
- Background in the construction or building services industry
- Commercial awareness with a sound understanding of project budgets, cost control, and procurement processes
