This 8-10 year programme involves the demolition of an existing facility and the construction of a state-of-the-art Data Centre, alongside residential, commercial, and retail elements, with supporting renewable energy infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full project lifecycle from setup to completion
- Oversee demolition, construction, and infrastructure development
- Manage stakeholders, contractors, and consultants
- Ensure delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Drive sustainability and innovation across the project
Ideal Candidate:
- Expertise in data center construction
- Strong leadership in project setup, governance, and execution
- Knowledge of renewable energy infrastructure is advantageous
- Preference for candidates based in Wales
