A leading consultancy is seeking an experienced Preconstruction Technical Manager for a remote contract role at £450/day. You will lead technical due diligence on projects, ensuring compliance with planning and engineering requirements. Ideal candidates will have significant UK developer experience and strong communication skills. This contract offers the possibility of transitioning into a permanent role.
Preconstruction Technical Manager • Contract Position - Remote Working • Full-time (5 days per week initially, reducing to 3 days per week as workload evolves) • £450/day (Inside IR35)
We are working with a developer client who is seeking an experienced Preconstruction Technical Manager to join their team on a 6-12 month contract, with potential to transition into a permanent role. This is a remote position, with a laptop provided.
The successful candidate will play a key role in de-risking projects at preconstruction stage, ensuring robust technical due diligence across civil engineering, utilities, and planning. You will work closely with the Strategic Planning Manager and wider technical team to provide expertise from land appraisal through to project delivery.
