This company have been established for over 50 years and are renowned as the largest manufacturers in the food manufacturing industry for their sector. They work with a huge number of prestigious clients and have invested heavily to create a state of the art, automated environment. Due to their continued success they are now looking to add to their specialist team.

In this role you will be working to manage a team of Operators where you will be responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of specialist FMCG machinery. You will be monitoring outputs and analysis of the machines, ensuring Operators are working to required standards and be working through a structured development program to enhance your skills and progress in the company. This role is working a rotating shift pattern of 2 weeks on days and 2 weeks on nights.
