A healthcare organization in Reading seeks a Clinical Administration Team Lead to ensure effective service delivery and objectives achievement. The role requires leadership to foster a patient-centered team culture, translate NHS priorities into tasks, and oversee auditing. Ideal candidates have experience in healthcare, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure. A full UK driving license is essential. This is a full-time office-based position.
Under the direction on the Operations Support Manager, the Clinical Administration Team Lead 1 will lead and coordinate the efficient and effective service delivery and achievement of practice objectives for the Clinical Administration Team 1. The Team Leader will create a positive, patient-centred team culture and whilst leading by example, will promote best practices, and contribute to continuous service improvement across practice operations.
Please note, this role is for 28 hours a week over 4 days (day off on either Tuesday or Wednesday).

The Practice serves approximately 31,000 patients from our 4 surgeries in Earley, Lower Earley, Winnersh and Wilderness Road.
