Napier is a PR-led, full-service marketing agency specialising in B2B technology, engineering and electronics. We partner with some of the most innovative and technically advanced brands in the world, helping them build authority, credibility and commercial impact through expert communications.
We’re now looking for an experienced Head of PR to lead our PR discipline, manage and develop our account management teams, and take overall responsibility for the strategic, operational and commercial health of all PR clients.
As Head of PR, you will be accountable for the performance, quality and profitability of Napier’s PR offering. This is a senior leadership role combining strategic oversight, people management and senior client consultancy.
You will set the direction for PR across the agency, ensure consistently high standards of delivery, and act as a trusted senior advisor to clients operating in complex B2B technology, engineering and electronics markets.
